A new study put out by Game Developers Research is saying that the iPhone is more popular to write games for then the Nintendo DS and the PSP. It states that 19% of all game developers are now working on the iPhone and iPod Touch, which is twice as many as there are for the DS and PSP.
About 25% of all game developers are working on mobile devices. That figure trumps the 12% that used to work on mobile software before the release of the iPhone and Touch.
Seeing how the iPad will run all iPhone apps, this is good news for future iPad owners.
